Josh Lanthier-Welch, our esteemed emcee, led the show while Chef Cynthia Washburn rocked it in the kitchen with her band of gourmettes (Stratus, Christina, Larissa, Carver, Jeni, Fred and Sarah). Again, a shout out to Jen Greene, who let us crash for a last hurrah before she and her housemates move out of this beautiful Victorian, and Leila, our beautiful belly-dancer!
Diners rated the dishes and here’s what topped the list: (1) lamb and prune kabobs (knocking the socks off even non-prune eaters) and (2) soft cheese on pistachio dust with lavender honey, nuts and apples. The chickpea parsnip stew rated a 4 (one even said “to die for”) but some agreed that the texture was a bit rough.
